Project Overview
Over a single day, we carefully removed damaged bricks and faulty lead work, then reconstructed the chimney stack with high-quality materials and precision‐installed flashings.

Project Highlights:

• New Bricks: Salvaged and new matching bricks laid with traditional lime mortar mix for authenticity and breathability.

• Correct Lead Trays: Installed code-5 lead trays, fully welded into position to channel water away safely.

• Fresh Flashings: Applied new lead flashings and coated them with patination oil to protect against corrosion and maintain a polished finish.

• Waterproof Assurance: Finished with a clear StormGuard waterproofer, guaranteeing a fully watertight chimney for years to come.
