Accurate Roofing recently completed a comprehensive re-roofing project in Heathfield, where we expertly transformed a deteriorating roof into a durable, weather-resistant structure. The old 1F felt had broken down significantly, causing multiple leaks and leaving the property vulnerable to the elements. Recognising the potential for further damage, the client opted for a full roof replacement rather than a temporary repair. This decision not only ensured the long-term protection of the property but also provided a robust solution just in time for the colder, wetter months ahead. Our meticulous work has given the home a refreshed, secure, and well-insulated roof, ready to face the winter with confidence.

Project Highlights:

  • Complete Roof Replacement: The existing 1F felt had broken down, leading to multiple leaks throughout the property. Rather than opting for a temporary repair, the client wisely chose a complete roof replacement to ensure long-term protection.
  • Reusing Existing Roof Tiles: To maintain the property’s character and reduce costs, we reused the existing roof tiles, combining them with new materials to create a seamless and robust new roof.
  • New Lead Work: The project included the installation of new lead work and a lead window front tray, further enhancing the roof’s durability and ensuring it is well-sealed against the elements.
  • Prepared for Winter: With the new roof in place, the property is now well-protected, dry, and warm, ready to withstand the winter weather.
